Happy St. Patrick’s Day.

It you are in need of a last minute St. Patrick’s Day snack for the kiddos then I have you covered.  This St. Patrick’s Day White Chocolate Popcorn is easy and the perfect combination of sweet and salty.

St. Patrick’s Day White Chocolate Popcorn

Ingredients

• Popcorn – I used microwave, but you can use any type.
• White Chocolate Morsels
• Food Coloring

Prepare popcorn, melt white chocolate according to the package instructions. Place popcorn in a bowl. After the white chocolate is melted, add food coloring and pour over popcorn. Toss the white chocolate over popcorn. Spread popcorn on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and cool.
