Over the Thanksgiving weekend my Mother-in-law, Jakki, came up with  this super cute idea for packaging cookies and sweets.

Frosty’s Hat | DIY Cookie Packaging

So, all that you need is an empty oatmeal container, cardboard in the shape of a circle, black paint, glue and embellishments.

Simply cut the bottom half of the  oatmeal container off. Glue the top (with lid) to center of he cardboard circle.

Then paint everything black and add some festive embellishments.

Fill up Frosty’s hat with sweets and give it to someone special.

You could also use this diy packaging idea to hold scarves, accessories and  other small gifts.

Pretty easy and very cute!  This would be an awesome project for your kiddos to make for their teachers.
